Registration

  • Exhibitor (Lead) is the primary person responsible for the exhibit table/booth.
  • Exhibitor (Associate) is any additional person assisting in the exhibit table/booth.
  • Military Recruiter (Leader) is the primary person responsible for the exhibit table/booth.
  • Military Recruiter (Team Member) is any additional person supporting the exhibit table or booth. 


Registration Includes

  • One Table 30”x72” in the Marriott “Skywalk” adjacent to the conference room.
  • One AC cord with power strip
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Coffee/Snack Breaks (Tuesday & Wednesday)
  • All conference plenary sessions


Exhibit Table Setup

  •  Setup begins at 8:00am Monday, January 12, 2026 in the “Skywalk”

Marriott Storage Charges

The hotel will only accept packages three (3) days prior to the conference and must be made aware of deliveries by emailing WASGWSECURITY@marriott.com.

Packages delivered more than (3) days before the conference will be assessed a storage fee. Storage fee prices are as follows:


Pallets                                                           $100 per day

Crates/Exhibit cases over 50 lbs       $100 per day

Exhibit cases under 50 lbs                    $25 per case per day

Packages/Boxes under 25 lbs             $5 per package/box per day

Packages/Boxes over 25 lbs                $10 per package/box per day

The hotel will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent to the Marriott for storage. Shipping charges apply for both incoming and outgoing packages.


Receiving, Delivery and Handling Fees

The Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel will accept shipments to the hotel on your behalf. Delivery and Handling charges are for any items shipped to the hotel and processed by hotel staff at the loading dock. Delivery and handling charges are for any item that is delivered by hotel staff and or received by hotel staff to be shipped out of the loading dock. The Crystal Gateway Marriott does not have a general pickup schedule for the loading dock by carriers. All outgoing shipments must be processed by the group/individual for pickup or the hotel can process a pickup.

Freight Elevator

Hotel freight elevator is operated by Crystal Gateway Marriott personnel. There is a $250 usage fee charge per day. If freight elevator is needed for move-in and/or move-out, please arrange with NCMAF event team (email: admin@ncmaf.com)
