  • What registration category should I select?

    When you register, you may choose from the following categories:

    • Endorser (Primary) – The lead endorser attending for an endorsing agency.
    • Endorser (Associate) – An additional endorser, endorsing associate, or staff
    • member accompanying an Endorser (Primary) of an endorsing agency.
    • Exhibitor (Primary) – The lead exhibitor or vendor for a company or
    • organization.
    • Exhibitor (Associate) - Additional persons who assist in support of an exhibitor
    • or vendor for a company or organization.
    • Military Recruiter (Primary) – The senior recruiter/coordinator for a team
    • present.
    • Military Recruiter (Associate) – Additional recruiters or supporting staff
    • members assisting in the recruiting exhibit or conference presentation.
    • Guest Speaker – An individual invited by NCMAF to present during the
    • conference.
    • Spouse – any spouse accompanying an endorser, exhibitor, or recruiter who
    • wishes to participate in conference sessions and/or meals.

  • What is included in conference registration?

    Every registration includes all plenary sessions of the conference, access to

    the exhibitors and vendors, breakfast, lunch, and coffee/snack breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Is parking available?

    Parking is available in the underground Marriott parking garage for an additional daily fee. Entrance to the garage is located to the left of the hotel entrance near the intersection of 15 th Street and S. Eads Street.

  • Which airport is closest to the conference hotel?

    Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is closest at a distance of 1.4 miles; an approximately 10 minute drive.

  • Is public transportation to the hotel available?

    Crystal Gateway Marriott offers free shuttle service to/from Ronald Reagan

    Washington National Airport (DCA). The Metro (subway) service is available via the Crystal City metro station a few blocks from the hotel. An underground walkway provides direct access to/from the Crystal City metro station and the Crystal Gateway

    Marriott.

  • Who should attend the New Endorser Onboarding session?

    New Endorser Onboarding includes any endorser (primary or associate) or

    staff member who started their position in the past year. Any endorser or staff member who has previously attended New Endorser Onboarding, is welcome to attend as a refresher. The New Endorser Onboarding session includes lunch.

  • Will Wifi/internet service be available?

    Marriott Rewards members have complimentary access to wifi throughout the conference areas as well as their hotel room. Wifi/internet service is available to all others for a daily fee.
